Hire Details/Booking Agreement Terms & Conditions

Booking Agreement Conditions:

Hire Details: Hire includes all of the equipment and accessories required for the activity. Transport to and from the site including setup and pull down (Mileage and travel costs may be incurred depending on location) Qualified Instructors provided. Working with Children clearance. All equipment is Worksafe certified. Public Liability Insurance included.

 

Radrock will:

a) Ensure that RADROCK staff and instructors arrive on time. b) Conduct the running of the equipment in accordance with the applicable with Worksafe regulations and our equipment’s operations manual. c) Provide a group first aid kit and staff to have Senior First Aid Certificate. d) Conduct ourselves in a polite and professional manner. e) Provide Public Liability Insurance. f) Provide a safe and professional environment. g) Promote the hiring company’s products and or services on request. h) Wear promotional material as provided by the hiring company on request.

The Client will:

a) Organise venue information and meeting place for the activity. b) Provide a clear and accessible area for the structure to be moved in and out. Details of space requirements will be given for attraction hired. c) Provide a site area, which is firm and level in condition. d) Provide a representative on the day of activity that is to liaise directly with RADROCK instructor in charge.

Areas of Joint Responsibility:

a) To avoid negligence. b) Administration and liaison c) General safe working area and environment. d) Be aware of weather predicted weather conditions for day.

COVID – 19 Cancellation Policy:

If government restrictions occur that result in the booking not to be able to go ahead then we will re-schedule the booking.

General Cancellation of Booking Policy – Terms & Conditions

A booking is deemed confirmed once a written email has been received from the client/organisation confirming the booking and date. If the client/organisation chooses to cancel a confirmed booking the following penalties will apply.

Confirmed Booking Cancellation fee – 50% of Total cost On cancellation of any booking made after a written confirmation has been received from the client/organisation, a 50% cancellation fee of total cost will be applied. This fee helps cover part of the loss of trade that RADROCK will incur due to the cancellation of the booking.

14 day Cancellation – 75% of Total cost On cancellation of any booking within 14 days of the booking date, a 75% cancellation fee of total cost will be applied. This fee helps cover part of the loss of trade that RADROCK will incur due to the cancellation of the booking.

7 day Cancellation – 100% of total cost If the client/organization chooses to cancel any booking within 7 days of the booking date, a 100% cancellation fee of total cost will be applied. This fee helps cover the loss of trade that RADROCK will incur due to the cancellation of the booking.

Bad weather Policy

Our equipment has been designed to withstand various weather conditions. The climbing wall, bungee trampolines and high ropes course can operate in the rain and can operate with direct winds on site of up to 50 kmh. If there is any lightning, activities stop until the lightning has well past. If concerned about the weather for your upcoming booking, please contact us to discuss options.

If the event goes ahead and the RADROCK employees deem the weather too extreme on the day of the booking, then our attractions will be shut if not safe to operate. The client/organization will receive 50% of daily hire cost back if no operation can commence during the booking, this is not valid if some operation has occurred.

The cancellation of a booking (at anytime during the booking) will be at the sole discretion of the RADROCK employees. Cancellation of equipment during an event will be in accordance with engineering & safety guidelines set by Worksafe. Decisions regarding operational safety remain the sole responsibility of the RADROCK nominated person in charge on the day.
